To Retrieve Master Certificates of Insurance with Mortgagee Clauses:

To provide 24/7 access online and mortgagee clauses, EOI Direct is updated with the Master Certificate of Insurance information. 

• Please review this EOI Direct Flyer with instructions for this online service. 

• There is no charge for the annual requests by Lenders. See step 7 in the EOI User Guide which says “Choose the 4th option that indicates you received a letter from your lender, “Continue”.
