Which exterior paint color scheme do you like best?

These proposed color schemes (Gray and Blue ) represent the two choices favored by River Manor's owners in owner meetings, member meetings and board meetings conducted in October, November and December 2024 and in January 2025.

Actual samples of each color have been painted onto both sides of the clubhouse. Exterior door color samples are painted on the south door of Building A (facing the clubhouse).

This project is fully funded and required by our reserve study. Once completed, it will not only enhance our community's appearance, but will protect our buildings with a fresh coat of paint and a water sealant to prevent moisture damage and extend longevity.

The material alteration ballot asks all owners to choose which of these color themes they prefer. Every vote counts, so please cast your ballot by February 18th, and let us know if you have any questions.

Details of the proposed color schemes, with Sherwin Williams color codes:

Blue Scheme

• Main: SW 6220, Interesting Aqua (darker shade)

• Balcony Walls: SW 6225, Sleepy Blue (lighter shade)

• Exterior Doors: SW 6222, Riverway (darker shade)

• Balcony & Pool Railings: SW 6258, Tricorn Black

• Trim: SW 7757, High Reflective White (on white areas today) 

• Non-skid, non-slip Resin: Blue-flecked color to be applied (to complement the Blue scheme)

Gray Scheme

• Main: SW 7058, Magnetic Gray (lighter shade)

• Balcony Walls: SW 7651, Front Porch (darker shade)

• Exterior Doors: SW 7061, Night Owl (darker shade)

• Balcony & Pool Railings: SW 6258, Tricorn Black

• Trim: SW 7757, High Reflective White (on white areas today) 

• Non-skid, non-slip Resin: Gray-flecked color to be applied (to complement the Gray scheme)

Non-skid, Non-slip Resin:

For safety purposes and to comply with SIRS durability requirement, non-skid, non-slip resin (see sample below) will be applied on clubhouse patio and front stairs to complement the gray or blue color scheme that River Manor's voters approve.
